Poland is a signatory to the Schengen Agreement which means that a visa granted by one of the Schengen countries is valid in all other member countries. Therefore citizens of countries in the European Union and the European Economic Area and the European Free Trade Association do not need a visa for Poland.
If you are a citizen of a country ouside the Schengen Area and in doubt, please contact the nearest Polish Embassy or Consulate. Please note that the visa application process can be lengthy so leave enough time for this procedure.
IF YOU NEED AN INVITATION LETTER, it will be provided by the conference organizers for those who are the author/presenter of an accepted technical paper, tutorial, workshop or application session, or who have registered for the conference with payment.
